Summary
First Fix Joiner – Housing Site
Rate: £26–£27 per hour
Start: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing work through to Christmas
We are looking for an experienced
First Fix Joiner to join a housing development project, with consistent work available through to Christmas for the right candidates.
Duties will include:
•
Installing floor joists and timber flooring structures.
•
Fitting door frames and linings.
•
Constructing timber stud walls and partitions.
•
Installing staircases and associated timber components.
•
Measuring, cutting and fitting timber accurately to site specifications.
•
Working from drawings and maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
Requirements:
•
Proven first fix joinery experience, ideally on housing developments.
•
Valid CSCS card.
•
Own tools and appropriate PPE.
•
Reliable and available for an immediate start.
