Summary

The Digital Business Analyst will take responsibility for business analysis across assigned transformation programmes. You will work with stakeholders to understand the problem being addressed, current service arrangements, user needs and expected outcomes before solutions are defined. Responsibilities will include: Planning and delivering proportionate business analysis activities across complex programmes. Undertaking discovery, process analysis and service redesign. Mapping current and future-state processes, pathways, user journeys and information flows. Facilitating inclusive workshops and structured engagement with a wide range of stakeholders. Developing and maintaining clear, prioritised and traceable requirements. Identifying risks, dependencies, constraints, assumptions and opportunities. Supporting options appraisal, business cases, procurement and benefits realisation. Working with service, clinical, application, data and technical colleagues throughout design and delivery. Supporting testing, implementation, transition, hypercare and optimisation. Producing clear analysis products, reports and recommendations for programme and governance forums. Promoting consistent business analysis approaches and supporting the development of business analysis capability across CNWL Digital. The successful candidate will need strong analytical, facilitation, communication and stakeholder-management skills, together with demonstrable experience of business analysis within complex transformation, digital change or service redesign.
