We represent a client based in Birmingham, England who seek an experienced Specialist South Asian Chef De Partie specialising in large scale ready meal production. • Position: Specialist South Asian Chef De Partie

• Employer: Luxury Premium Home Dining

• Location: Birmingham

• Gross salary package: Circa £38,000 (incl.share of tronc/serv.chge+target led bonus)**

• Weekly working hours/days: up to 48 hours / 5 days (tbc)

Your role involves skillful preparation of complex & Traditional Indian cuisine dishes and specialties specific to the regional theme of the establishment and its menus. You will be responsible for a series of kitchen operational duties commensurate with job role, including training and supervising of Commis Chefs and other junior kitchen staff.

To qualify for selection, you must have the following minimum requirements: -

• Eligibility to live and work in UK

• Experience in the preparation of authentic high quality South Asian cuisine & specialties

• Technical knowledge of ingredient quality, sourcing, measuring & formulation

• Ideal previous experience of at least 3 years in role

• Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols

• Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
