Summary
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Van Driver to join our team. In this role, you will safely deliver orders directly to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely load, secure, and deliver tools and equipment to local sites and company addresses.
• Efficiently plan drop-off routes
• Complete basic checks and handle delivery paperwork
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at the trade counter and during drop-offs.
• Assist the shop team with moving stock or keeping the dispatch area organised during quiet periods.
Essential requirements
• A clean, full UK Driving Licence (held for a minimum of 2 years for insurance purposes). • Previous experience driving a delivery vehicle is highly preferred. • A polite, professional manner with a strong focus on great customer service. • Physical fitness, as the role involves loading and unloading heavy items • A basic interest in or knowledge of tools is a bonus, but training is provided.
