Summary

From scheduling bespoke treatment plans to advising guests on the perfect spa experience, this is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. Main Duties:

-Scheduling treatments, activities, and meal times for over 300 guests daily using our computer system - tailoring each itinerary to individual needs and preferences.

-Screening guest health questionnaires with empathy and care, ensuring treatments are suitable and safe.

-Accurately billing treatments to guest accounts and performing regular financial checks to ensure no outstanding balances.

-Planning schedules for over 150 beauty therapists, including welfare breaks and a varied treatment mix.

-Advising guests over the phone and face-to-face on treatment options, upselling and link-selling wherever possible to meet sales targets.

-Delivering exceptional customer service at our Treatments Reception Desk, assisting with queries and guiding guests around the Hall.

-Communicating effectively with guests, colleagues, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

This is a 12month fixed term contract for maternity cover

Essential requirements

-Excellent communication and customer service skills. -Computer literate with strong attention to detail. -Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment. -Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is an advantage but not essential.
