Your working area will largely depend on where you live, and we always aim to match staff with individuals within a reasonable travelling distance whenever possible.

What You'll Be Doing.....No two days are ever the same.

You could be:

*Supporting a child to attend clubs, activities, or community events.

*Helping an adult develop independence and daily living skills.

*Encouraging confidence, emotional wellbeing, and social connections.

*Supporting individuals to achieve personal goals and learn new skills.

*Accompanying people on days out, appointments, activities, and community visits.

*Providing positive, person-centred support that promotes choice, independence, and inclusion.

*Working alongside families and professionals to ensure outstanding outcomes.

Essential requirements

Essential Requirements: ✅ Full UK Driving Licence ✅ Access to your own vehicle ✅ Willingness to travel within your local area ✅ A positive, reliable, and compassionate approach ✅ Excellent communication skills ✅ A genuine passion for supporting autistic people Experience in care, education, youth work, SEND, support work, psychology, or autism services is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
