Temporary Receptionist (Ad Hoc Cover)

Brighton | £13.00 per hour | Temporary

We are currently seeking experienced Receptionists for ad hoc temporary assignments across Brighton.

These positions are ideal for candidates who are flexible and available to provide short-notice cover for sickness, annual leave, and additional business support requirements. Assignments can vary in length and may arise with little notice, so reliability and adaptability are essential.

Responsibilities

Providing a professional front-of-house service

Meeting and greeting visitors

Answering and directing telephone calls

Managing emails and general enquiries

Booking meeting rooms and coordinating appointments

Providing administrative support as required

Requirements

Previous Receptionist experience is essential

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Professional and confident manner

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to adapt quickly to new environments

Availability to accept ad hoc assignments when required
