Summary

Pharmacy Dispenser NVQ 2 & Technician

Pharmacy NVQ 2 / Technician - Prenton Dell Pharmacy

Hours: 3) hours per week (shift basis)

Shift Times: Monday to Friday 8:30 am-6:30 pm over three days

Location: Prenton Dell Pharmacy

Salary: Competitive, negotiable based on experience

Qualifications: NVQ 2 (minimum) or NVQ 3/Pharmacy Technician and ACT in Pharmacy Services

Prenton Dell Pharmacy seeks a skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Technician or Dispenser to join our team.

Essential requirements

Key Responsibilities: *Accurately dispense and label prescriptions following procedures. *Ensure the safe supply and storage of medicines. *Manage stock levels and order as needed. *Update patient records while maintaining confidentiality. *Assisted with monitoring dosage systems for patients on multiple medications. *Verify prescription endorsements and declarations for reimbursement. *Process invoices and maintain a clean, organised dispensary. *Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical staff to support business goals. Requirements: *NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Pharmacy Services. *At least three years of experience in a community pharmacy, ideally in a medical centre. *Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. *Team player with basic IT skills (training provided). *Professional communication skills.
