Summary

Customer Service & Sales Advisor | Larbert, Falkirk | £26,520 + uncapped bonus | Class starts Monday 2 November

Great at customer service and comfortable with sales? We're recruiting Customer Service & Sales Advisors for a busy contact centre in Larbert, supporting one of the UK's best-known mobile networks. Full paid training and a permanent contract from day one.

As a Customer Service & Sales Advisor you'll take calls from pay-as-you-go mobile customers who are having trouble topping up. You'll fix the problem first, then, where it genuinely suits the customer, move them onto a flexible monthly plan.

- Sort out pay-as-you-go top-up problems quickly and properly

- Ask good questions to understand how each customer uses their phone

- Recommend a monthly plan where it's a better fit, and explain why

- Use several systems at once while keeping the customer first

- Work towards customer service and sales targets

The package

- £26,520 basic salary, paid monthly

- Uncapped bonus: currently averaging around £350 a month, with top performers earning up to £1,000 a month

- Full paid training and a supported nesting period, then ongoing coaching

- Staff discounts on broadband, mobile and TV, including family and friends deals

The process is quick: a call with us, a short screening call, a role play and an online assessment. We'll prepare you for every step. Offers are subject to a DBS check, a credit check and references.

The class starts on Monday 2 November, so apply today and we'll call you back the same day.
