Summary

Job Title: Nursing Home Manager

Location: Guildford, Surrey

Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 + bonus

Award winning care provider looking for a passionate and experienced nursing home manager for their 50 bed service which is CQC rated 'Good'!

You will be supported by a quality team to ensure you can achieve your goals!

Nursing home specialising in elderly and dementia care

You don’t need a PIN but must have managed a medium / large nursing home!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall operations of the nursing home

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

• Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance of staff

• Develop and manage budgets and financial plans

• Maintain high levels of resident satisfaction and care quality

• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices

• Financial management experience

• Ability to handle complex situations with professionalism and empathy

• Proven turnaround experience

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse qualification preferred or management of a large nursing home

• A previous CQC report in your name - a Good outcome or proof of turnaround work in that report!

• Proven experience in a similar managerial role within a nursing home or healthcare setting

• Relevant management or leadership qualifications are desirable
