Duties

Lead and supervise store staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service

Manage daily store operations including inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and improve store performance

Oversee stock replenishment, product displays, and visual merchandising to attract customers and maximize sales potential

Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience for all visitors

Maintain accurate administrative records such as sales reports, inventory logs, and staffing schedules

Foster a team-oriented environment by promoting effective communication and organizational skills among staff members

Qualifications

Proven management experience in retail or convenience store environments with supervising responsibilities

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively

Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases

Demonstrated organizational skills with proficiency in time management and administrative tasks

Knowledge of merchandising techniques, sales management, and retail operations best practices

Experience in supervising staff, managing inventory, and implementing sales strategies

Ability to handle phone etiquette professionally while managing multiple priorities efficiently
