Plumbing: repair or replace sanitaryware, toilets, baths, shower trays and basins; refurbish or replace shower heads and taps; and complete repairs to water mains supplies, soil stacks and drainage

Joinery: complete repairs to doors, windows, kitchens and bathrooms, alongside general handyman duties to maintain functionality

Undertake general maintenance and associated refurbishment works in tenanted properties

Manage your own day and workload effectively while meeting customer appointments and agreed service standards

Deliver an outstanding service, recognising that you are working in customers’ homes

Following Novus’ exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards

NVQ Level 2/3 Joinery or NVQ Level 2 in Property Maintenance. Plumbing, tiling, plastering skills, PASMA, IPAF knowledge or qualifications are advantageous

This role will require a DBS check and a full UK driving licence is required.

About you
