Summary

Experienced Driving Recruitment Consultant Existing Contracts | No Sales Required | Earn Commission from Day One

Corus is looking for an experienced Driving Recruitment Consultant to manage established client contracts, with live bookings ready to work on immediately.

With business already in place and no sales or cold calling required , you can focus on recruiting quality drivers, filling bookings and delivering excellent service. You’ll earn commission on placements from day one.

Your responsibilities:

Manage existing driving contracts and daily client requirements.

Recruit, screen and book drivers into temporary assignments.

Coordinate bookings, driver availability and rotas.

Maintain accurate compliance records and driver documentation.

Build strong relationships with clients and drivers.

Respond quickly to urgent staffing requirements.

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in driving recruitment.

A strong understanding of driver requirements and recruitment compliance.

Excellent organisation and communication skills.

The ability to manage a busy desk and changing priorities.

A proactive approach and commitment to reliable service.
