Are you ambitious, confident and looking for a career where your hard work directly impacts your earnings? Want to work with people, build relationships and develop a career with real progression opportunities?

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our growing education recruitment team in Harborne, Birmingham.

This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or someone with experience in sales, customer service or a people-focused role who wants to build a successful career in recruitment.

You don't need previous recruitment experience. We're looking for the right personality, a willingness to learn and someone who enjoys a challenge.

What you'll be doing:

- Building strong relationships with primary and secondary schools across the West Midlands.

- Recruiting graduates, teaching assistants and teachers to work in local schools.

- Speaking with schools to understand their staffing requirements and finding the right candidates.

- Managing your own candidates, arranging interviews and coordinating placements.

- Developing new business opportunities and building long-term client relationships.

- Working towards achievable targets, with the opportunity to earn commission on your success.

What's in it for you?

- £24,000 – £30,000 basic salary, depending on experience.

- Commission on top of your salary, rewarding your performance.

- The opportunity to develop a long-term career in a rewarding industry.

- The chance to build your own client relationships and take ownership of your success.

- A varied, people-focused role where no two days are the same.

- An opportunity to make a genuine difference by helping schools find talented staff.

What we're looking for:

- A confident communicator who enjoys meeting and speaking with new people.

- Someone ambitious, motivated and keen to earn more.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- A positive attitude, resilience and a willingness to learn.

- A competitive nature and the determination to achieve results.

- Previous sales, recruitment or customer service experience would be beneficial, but isn't essential.

Why education recruitment?

Recruitment offers something many graduate careers don't: the opportunity to influence your earnings, take responsibility and see the results of your hard work.

You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, developing valuable business skills and helping schools secure the staff they need to support children's education.

If you're ambitious, enjoy working with people and want more than just another office job, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today with your CV and take the first step towards a career in education recruitment.
