Its services include the storage, delivery, installation, collection, repair and recycling of community equipment, helping people maintain independence in their own homes and communities.Key responsibilities• Drive a car or van safely and responsibly• Complete home deliveries across planned routes• Carry out multi-drop deliveries, including routes with under or over 10 drops• Load, unload and move items using handball techniques• Complete longer-distance delivery work when required• Handle equipment carefully and follow delivery instructions• Maintain a professional and dependable approach throughout each shiftSkills and qualifications• Experience in handball and physical loading or unloading work• Experience of home delivery driving• Experience completing multi-drop routes• Comfortable undertaking both shorter and longer-distance journeys• Good organisation and time-management skills• A valid driving licence appropriate for the vehicle used• A responsible, safety-conscious approach to driving and handling items• Reliable attendance and a flexible attitude to delivery requirementsBenefits• Minimum 8 hours paid• Paid every Wednesday• Overtime available• Permanent employment opportunity• On-site canteenThis role would suit a dependable driver who is confident with physical work, route-based deliveries and working independently.
