Your new company

A specialist contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a complex refurbishment, demolition and enabling works project in Altrincham. This is a hands-on role requiring strong coordination skills and a visible presence on site.

Your new role

You will be responsible for managing works across two buildings. One building is undergoing structural modifications as part of a conversion into six apartments, while the second involves façade retention, demolition of two storeys, preservation and recording of existing materials, followed by groundworks and piling operations.

Duties will include:

Managing day-to-day site operations

Coordinating subcontractors and site logistics

Overseeing demolition, structural and groundwork activities

Maintaining health & safety compliance

Driving programme and quality standards

Acting as the main point of contact on site

What you'll need to succeed

SMSTS

CSCS Black Card

First Aid at Work

Previous experience managing refurbishment and structural alteration projects

Experience with demolition, façade retention and piling works

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to start immediately
