Summary
The GP Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients and visitors to the practice. The post holder will provide a professional, welcoming and efficient reception and administrative service, ensuring patients receive appropriate access to healthcare services while maintaining confidentiality and delivering excellent customer care. The Receptionist will support the smooth day-to-day running of the practice by managing appointments, responding to patient enquiries and undertaking a range of administrative duties in accordance with NHS and practice policies.
