- Support the development of confidence, communication, social skills and independence.
- Encourage positive behaviour and help establish structure and routine throughout the day.
- Monitor progress and provide feedback on the child's engagement and development.
- Work collaboratively with parents, carers and other professionals involved in the child's education.
- Ensure the child's safety and wellbeing throughout the placement, including during transport and off-site learning activities.
We're Looking For
- Previous experience working with children or young people with SEND.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- The ability to work independently and take initiative when planning learning activities.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle - essential.
- Willingness to travel locally and transport the child from their home to suitable learning locations.
- A genuine passion for helping children overcome barriers to education and reach their potential.
