Summary

What You'll Be Leading

- Strategic delivery of a flagship employment programme

- A dedicated team of Employment Coaches and an Employer Engagement Officer

- Relationships with employers, commissioners and key partners

- Performance, quality and continuous improvement

- Positive outcomes that change lives and strengthen communities
