Summary

The PA would be required to help the individual to prepare and cook food, cleaning, changing the individuals bed, assist with everyday day-to-day needs. The individual would also require help with showering, assistance to move from their seated chair to the rotunda,and to be provided support to get in and out of bed. The PA would also be required to administer medication which would include a diabetic injection and replacing their libre monitor as well as taking the individuals blood pressure and to also help with toileting with a urine bottle and comode. If the PA does not currently hold that training, training will be provided for this. Someone who focusses on companionship is also required for this role. This would not be on a particular set date or time but availability would be discussed during an interview.

Essential requirements

Someone who can drive would be advantageous, but not a required, defining factor. All training will be given on all medication and mobility assistance
