Summary
Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive mental, physical, and social evaluations to understand a patients individual needs. Care Planning: Develop, implement, and review personalized recovery care plans in collaboration with doctors, psychologists, and families. Medication & Treatment: Safely administer prescribed medications and monitor patients for side effects or clinical changes. Crisis Support & De-escalation: Provide calm, compassionate intervention during acute distress and manage challenging or unpredictable situations. Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Liaise closely with social workers, occupational therapists, and GPs to ensure seamless support.
