Summary

Housing Benefit Business Support Officer (Remote) needed, £14.82ph PAYE - Reference: 5308889

This is a 21 hour per week vacancy with the hours to be agreed with the successful applicant.

This will be home working but office working can be accommodated if required.

The applicant will ideally need extensive Housing Benefit knowledge and be able to start processing from day 1.

The purpose of this role is to process Housing Benefit, Council Tax Support claims and deal with customers on the phone.

The hours for the day on the phones will be 9am to 5pm other days are variable.

The systems we use are NEC and NECDM along with CX for the phones.

This is a part time role on a temporary basis.
