Summary

We Are Care is looking for experienced live-in carers for placements supporting clients with complex care needs in and around Brighton and East Sussex.

Live-in placements, with support from us throughout each placement. Previous live-in and complex care experience are essential.

Fair pay, paid directly by us, with holiday pay included and a workplace pension where eligible. The rate is confirmed when we speak.

This role is open to female applicants only, as a genuine occupational requirement under Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.

Essential requirements

Previous live-in care experience. Complex care experience. At least 6 months of paid UK care experience, with a reference. Right to work in the UK (we can't offer visa sponsorship). Enhanced DBS, or willing to apply.
