Summary
We Are Care is looking for experienced senior support workers for supported living in Shepshed, near Loughborough (LE12), leading the shift and supporting the team.
Leading the shift, medication and handovers, supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism. Regular shifts booked ahead, days or nights, and you choose the shifts that suit you.
Fair pay, with holiday pay included in your hourly rate and a workplace pension where eligible.

Essential requirements
Senior support worker or team leader experience. Medication competency. At least 6 months of paid UK care experience, with a reference. Right to work in the UK (we can't offer visa sponsorship). Enhanced DBS, or willing to apply.
