Summary

We Are Care is looking for experienced support workers for two residential and supported living services in Shepshed, near Loughborough (LE12), supporting adults with learning disabilities, with sleep-ins available.

Regular shifts with the same teams, so you get to know the people you support. Days, nights and weekends, part-time and full-time, and you choose the shifts that suit you.

Fair pay, with holiday pay included in your hourly rate and a workplace pension where eligible.

Essential requirements

Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs is a real plus. At least 6 months of paid UK care experience, with a reference. Right to work in the UK (we can't offer visa sponsorship). Enhanced DBS, or willing to apply.
