Summary

Temp to perm waking night Support Worker roles in a residential service for adults with complex needs in Nottingham (NG5), full or part time. You start on shifts through We Are Care, with the chance to move onto a permanent contract with the service.

What you'll do: support adults through the night, keeping them safe and settled; respond calmly to incidents and follow care plans and risk assessments; keep clear night records and hand over to the day team.

Full time at 36 hours a week, any 4 nights out of 7, or part time at 18 hours a week. Fair pay, with holiday pay included in your hourly rate and a workplace pension where eligible.

Essential requirements

Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism or complex needs. At least 6 months of paid UK care experience, with a reference.
