About the Role

As an Academy Trainee, you'll join the Wealth Services team and receive full support as you work towards achieving your Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.

This role has been designed to develop the next generation of financial planning professionals, providing hands-on experience, structured learning, and a clear progression pathway within the business.

You'll gain exposure to:

Wealth Management and Financial Planning

Client relationship management

Financial services administration and support

Industry qualifications and professional development

What We're Looking For

Graduates with degrees in Finance, Economics, Business, Wealth Management, Investments, or related disciplines.

Candidates with experience in customer-facing, consultative, or relationship-based roles such as banking, insurance, retail, hospitality, or customer service.

Individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
