Summary
We Are Care is looking for experienced support workers for residential and supported living shifts in Nottingham (NG3 and NG5), our busiest area in the Midlands.
Supporting adults to live well in residential and supported living services. Regular shifts with the same teams, so you get to know the people you support. Days, nights and weekends, part-time and full-time, and you choose the shifts that suit you.
Fair pay, with holiday pay included in your hourly rate and a workplace pension where eligible.

Essential requirements
Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs is a real plus. At least 6 months of paid UK care experience, with a reference. Right to work in the UK (we can't offer visa sponsorship). Enhanced DBS, or willing to apply.
