Summary
The Role
At Good Companions, we are searching for a new Wellbeing Assistant to join our team. You will be working with a team to help plan and organise activities for our residents, ensuring they are varied and centred around the resident’s interests. This is an ideal role for anyone wishing to progress their career as either a Well Being Coordinator or within a Managerial setting.

*Pay will be determined on minimum wage for your age, experience and qualifications. Your hourly rate will be reviewed again on the successful completion of your 6 month probationary period.

Essential requirements
Your Skills The ideal candidate will have: Been a Health Care Assistant Prior knowledge of dementia Good interpersonal skills A keen eye for detail The ability to use initiative Good time management skills A good understanding of Apple Mac products and social media A keen interest in or experience in any of the following areas; Music Arts and Crafts Photography Theatre Dance Knitting / Crochet Qualifications For this role a qualification with NAPA is preferred but not essential
