Summary
We Are Care is looking for experienced support workers for small residential homes around Bourne and Grantham (PE10, NG31, PE9 and PE1), supporting young adults with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge.
Shifts to fill this week, and regular work after that. Days, nights and weekends, and you choose the shifts that suit you.
Fair pay, with holiday pay included in your hourly rate and a workplace pension where eligible.

Essential requirements
Experience with learning disabilities, autism or PBS is a big plus. At least 6 months of paid UK care experience, with a reference. Right to work in the UK (we can't offer visa sponsorship). Enhanced DBS, or willing to apply.
