Summary
The Role
At Benridge, we are searching for a Deputy Manager to join our team. You will be responsible to the Registered Manager for the day-to-day running of the home, working closely with the Management Team across the Group to provide a high standard of care.

The ideal candidate will: Be highly organised Have good time management skills Be a team player Have strong communication skills Have good leadership skills Qualifications For this role you must have a Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
