Summary

We Are Care is looking for experienced healthcare assistants for day and night shifts in a residential care home in Aylesbury (HP21), with regular hours available and plenty of shifts booked ahead.

What you'll do: personal care, mealtimes and keeping residents company, as part of the home's care team.

Part-time and full-time hours, days and nights, and you choose the shifts that suit you. Fair pay, with holiday pay included in your hourly rate and a workplace pension where eligible. Mileage is paid between visits.

Essential requirements

Care home or care assistant experience. At least 6 months of paid UK care experience, with a reference. Right to work in the UK (we can't offer visa sponsorship). Enhanced DBS, or willing to apply. Up to date mandatory training is a plus.
