Summary
Prepare ingredients and assist with cooking and catering tasks, following instructions and established recipes.
Keep work surfaces, utensils and equipment clean, and handle food safely to support hygienic kitchen operations.
Help organise ingredients and supplies, and work closely with colleagues during meal preparation and service.
Assist with serving meals promptly and courteously, helping customers enjoy a well-organised service.
