As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you'll:
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons to KS3 and KS4 pupils.
- Provide subject-specific and general classroom cover.
- Maintain a productive and positive learning environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Ensure pupils understand and complete assigned work.
- Adapt quickly to different classes and school expectations.
- Follow safeguarding and behaviour policies.
- Communicate relevant feedback to school staff.
You'll need:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognised equivalent.
- Experience teaching secondary-aged pupils.
- Confident classroom management.
- Strong communication skills.
- A flexible and professional approach.
- Reliability and enthusiasm for teaching.
