Summary
Registered Mental Health Nurse/ Occupational Therapist or Social Worker and/or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse Experience of research- based/reflective practice, e.g. understanding and ability to use supervision to reflect on skills Significant relevant clinical experience Evidence of continuing professional Development. Able to provide quality care that is responsive to service users needs, without close supervision Skills in clinical assessment/baseline mental health assessment Knowledge of clinical governance and audit Understanding of Care Coordination under the Care ProgrammeApproach
