Summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations professional to lead the successful delivery of roofing projects from pre-construction through to completion. This role requires a proactive leader with extensive knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems, strong project management expertise, and a commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Working closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients, you will oversee project planning, resource allocation, budgets, and on-site operations while ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest industry standards.
