The Luminary Tech Path is Robocode's weekday GCSE programme for home-educated teenagers in Solihull, in groups of 6 to 10. We are hiring a Science Teacher for AQA GCSE Combined Science: Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
Pay: £15 to £20 an hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Part time, daytime, term time: about 12 hours a week within Monday to Wednesday, 09:30 to 14:30.
Commitment: we need people who will commit for at least one year, or until the end of the academic year.

Essential requirements
Strong subject knowledge across Biology, Chemistry and Physics to GCSE level, with grade A or above at A-level in at least one of them. Experience teaching or tutoring children or young people. Good classroom management: positive relationships, clear boundaries, high expectations. Proactive, and follows our systems exactly: registers, lesson plans, assessment records and safeguarding. Committed for at least one year, or until the end of the academic year. Available daytime, Monday to Wednesday, in term time. Right to work in the UK. Highly desirable: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching GCSE in a school, ideally AQA.
