Job involves;
* Preparing job cards accurately with customer requirements.
* Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls
* Taking customer bookings via telephone , face to face and e-mail.
* Liaising with the workshop and customers on the progress of their vehicle.
* Providing quotations.
* Ordering parts/tyres
* Any other duties required
You need excellent organisation skills , with the ability to work independently using your own initiative.
An exceptional telephone manner is required.
Previous experience in a customer service role with in the motor trade would be an advantage
