Summary
We are looking for kind, friendly, reliable and proactive Personal Assistants to support an elderly lady living independently in her own home just outside Conwy.
Mum has dementia but enjoys company, conversation, getting out and about and taking part in everyday activities.
The role involves a combination of household support, companionship, attending appointments and enjoyable social activities.
Our aim is to help Mum continue living a happy, active and independent life in her own home, with the right support around her.
This role does not involve personal care such as washing, dressing or toileting.
FLEXIBLE WORKING ARRANGEMENTS
We hope to recruit a small, friendly team of three Personal Assistants who will work together to provide consistent support for Mum.
Ideally, the team will communicate with each other and organise a mutually agreed rota that meets Mum's needs while allowing flexibility around their own commitments.
We understand the importance of a good work-life balance and would like to offer as much flexibility as possible, provided Mum receives the support she needs.
We hope to find people who work well together, share responsibilities and provide cover for each other where possible, including during holidays or other absences.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Household support: • General cleaning, vacuuming, dusting and tidying. • Cleaning the kitchen and floors. • Laundry, ironing and changing bedding. • Helping organise wardrobes and clothes. • Preparing meals, snacks and drinks. • Grocery shopping and household errands. • Keeping Mum's home clean, comfortable and organised.
