Summary

FLT Warehouse Operative — Runcorn | Part-time with potential to become full-time

Hours: Minimum 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Typical shift: 7:30 am–12:30 pm

Location: Runcorn

The opportunity

With winter approaching, Our Client is looking for a reliable and physically fit FLT Warehouse Operative to join the team. This role will initially involve working 4–5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with a minimum of 25 hours per week.

Morning availability is preferred, with typical working hours of 7:30 am to 12:30 pm.

Hours and flexibility

Flexibility is essential. When colleagues are on annual leave or absent due to sickness, you may be asked to cover a full working day from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. Full-day shifts include a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks.

What you’ll be doing

- Supporting day-to-day warehouse operations.

- Handling and offloading 25 kg bags safely throughout the working day.

- Working effectively with the warehouse team to maintain a safe, efficient operation.

- Providing additional shift cover when required.

Essential requirements

- A valid Counterbalance FLT licence.

- The physical fitness and ability to handle and offload 25 kg bags throughout the working day.

Progression

This opportunity has the potential to develop into full-time work. A permanent contract may be offered if you demonstrate the required skills and competence in the role.
