My Client is looking for experienced Healthcare Assistants to integrate into an established team of Care staff in this lovely Care home. This purpose-built care home supports elderly people with Physical Health Needs and Dementia Care Needs in a homely and relaxing environment. Dementia care experience would be advantageous but not essential.
Daily tasks will include:
• Attend to client’s activities of daily living ensuring that they are always well hydrated and comfortable.
• General Housekeeping duties such as laundry and cleaning client’s rooms.
• Observations of client’s conditions and reporting accordingly using the company’s bespoke reporting systems
• You must always comply with health and safety in a professional manner and report any safety issues immediately.
For this role, you must have;
- A minimum of 3 months experience in a Care environment
- A DBS dated within the last 6 months, registered on the update service or the facility to pay for one upfront
- All relevant mandatory training up-to-date and ideally certificates to show for this or we can assist you to access online training platforms.
- Referenceable work history covering the past 2 years
- A passion to make a difference
- Assist with medication rounds using MAR charts and boxed medications.

We have ongoing hours available and potentially a permanent role for the right candidates!
Shift times are:-
Day Shifts – 0700 to 1430
There are other shifts available on request.
Rates of pay are £12.75 per hour and you will also accrue up to 28 days paid holiday per year for time served.
