About the Role
Our client is an established, GLAA-licensed company specialising in professional poultry farm cleaning and disinfection services across the UK.
We are currently recruiting Poultry Farm Cleaning Operatives to join their team on a full-time basis.

No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
• Cleaning and disinfecting poultry houses and agricultural facilities.
• Operating high-pressure washing equipment.
• Preparing poultry houses for the next production cycle.
• Cleaning equipment and maintaining high hygiene standards.
• Following health and safety and biosecurity procedures.
• Undertaking other general cleaning duties as required.
Pay and Benefits
• Starting pay: £13.00 per hour.
• Increase to £14.00 per hour after 200 hours worked.
• Opportunity for further pay progression up to £16.00 per hour.
• Free accommodation provided by the employer.
• Employment contract from the first day of work.
• 28 days' paid annual leave per year, including bank holidays.
• Fortnightly pay.
• Full training and ongoing support.

Working Hours
• 5 days per week.
• Typical working hours: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.
• Work is carried out at poultry farms across the UK.
Candidate Requirements
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Willing and able to undertake physically demanding work.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
Previous experience in agriculture, industrial cleaning or poultry farming would be beneficial but is not essential.
