Duties
Prepare ingredients and cook dishes to the required standard.
Support food production and coordinate tasks with kitchen colleagues.
Help oversee daily kitchen work, guiding team members where appropriate.
Maintain clean work areas and follow food safety procedures.
Assist with serving and work collaboratively with front-of-house staff.
Essential requirements
Food preparation, cooking and food production skills. Kitchen experience; culinary and restaurant experience are welcome. Hospitality and serving experience are useful. Team management, leadership or supervising experience is an advantage. A reliable, organised approach and commitment to food safety.
