Summary

A rare Pastoral and Behaviour Lead role in a lovely secondary school.

Your new schoolLift Winton is a popular secondary school with fantastic facilities and a great reputation within the local community. With that said, we continue to be ambitious and want to become the best school in Hampshire. The school has recently appointed a new Principal, Myles Preston, who brings with him over ten years of experience in both teaching and leadership roles. Myles is passionate about the prospect of working with and leading a fantastic community of like minded staff who understand the potential that an excellent education has in unlocking doors for young people and who are dedicated to joining a school on a rapid journey of improvement. If you are ambitious, energetic and have a ‘get stuck in' attitude, this could be the role for you. We are in the process of building a vision and a set of values to drive our school forward, and want to hear from people who are excited about the prospect of working with us to ensure our school is a high performing school in terms of outcomes, but also a school which places community and care at the forefront of all that we do.

About the roleAs Pastoral and Behaviour Leader you will be responsible for the leadership and management of our Reset and Reflection room, with a focus on building relationships with our students and setting them up for success and a return to their lessons.
