Summary
As a Band 5 Registered Nurse, you will take responsibility for the nursing care you provide, working in accordance with the NMC Code, Trust policies and your scope of practice. You will use evidence-based practice and clinical judgement to assess patients needs, deliver individualised care and evaluate its effectiveness. You will work with the multidisciplinary team to recognise deterioration, respond to concerns and support safe care throughout the patients journey. We are looking for a compassionate approach, effective communication and a willingness to learn. You will contribute to a respectful team environment where colleagues share knowledge, raise concerns and support one another. Working hours Our Emergency Department provides care 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The role involves a roster covering days, evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays.
