Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to manage recruitment assignments, strengthen client relationships and contribute to business growth from our Watford office, starting in December 2026. Responsibilities include developing new business, managing client accounts, sourcing and assessing candidates, overseeing the recruitment process and supporting successful placements. The successful candidate should be confident managing recruitment assignments independently and delivering a high standard of service to clients and candidates.
This is a full-time, office-based, commission-only opportunity with no guaranteed basic salary. Earnings depend on successful results.
