Summary

Location: Treehouse Hotel London

Department: Madera & The Nest

We’re looking for an experienced, commercially minded Reception & Reservations Manager to lead our reception and reservations teams across Madera and The Nest.

You’ll own the guest journey from first enquiry to arrival, driving booking conversion, maximising table utilisation and delivering a consistently exceptional guest experience across both venues.

Treehouse Hotel London is a playful, one-of-a-kind lifestyle hotel high above Marylebone, inspired by the sense of adventure and freedom of childhood treehouses. Warm, nostalgic and full of unexpected details, Treehouse brings together spectacular London views, imaginative spaces and destination dining at Madera and rooftop bar The Nest, creating a hotel experience that’s anything but ordinary.

Make Every Moment Matter

Every day is different, but every day you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and motivate the reception and reservations teams across both venues.

  • Manage daily reservations, table allocation, availability and guest enquiries through SevenRooms.

  • Drive booking conversion, maximise covers and reduce preventable cancellations and no-shows.

  • Oversee group bookings, ensuring accurate records and smooth handovers to operational teams.

  • Maintain high standards of guest communication, welcome, guest recognition and complaint resolution.

  • Manage rotas, staffing levels and departmental costs within agreed budgets.

  • Develop training, procedures and consistent service standards across Madera and The Nest.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven management experience in restaurant reception, reservations or guest relations, ideally within a quality restaurant, bar or hotel.

  • Strong knowledge of SevenRooms or a similar reservations and guest relationship management system.

  • Experience leading teams, managing rotas and improving performance.

  • A commercial mindset, with an understanding of booking conversion, table utilisation and revenue opportunities.

  • Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

  • A passion for hospitality, developing people and delivering memorable guest experiences.
