Summary
You will be expected to ensure adequate support is given to the Urology Team in all aspects of the service. You will assist the Consultant Surgeons in the provision of Urological Services including: Clinics- You will support new and follow-up urology clinics Theatres-You will have the opportunity to participate and be trained in a wide range of major urological procedures appropriate to their level of training Ward duties-You will undertake daily ward rounds supporting the existing team of junior doctors and consultants Academic/ResearchThe incumbent is expected to play a contributory role in current departmental research, audit, quality improvement projects and teaching as well as lead research projects under the supervision of Consultants. On-CallThis post will participate in a urology middle grade on-call rota.
