Resource Planning Analyst

As a Resource Planning Analyst, you’ll play a key role in keeping our airport operation running smoothly by making sure the right people, with the right skills, are in the right place at the right time. Using data, forecasting and workforce planning, you’ll help us deliver excellent passenger service, make the most of our resources and stay one step ahead of operational challenges. What Your Day-to-Day Will Feel Like
You’ll be at the heart of keeping our airport operation running smoothly, using staffing forecasts, data and workforce planning tools to make sure our teams are in the right place at the right time. From maintaining operational rosters and optimising staffing levels to monitoring performance against service targets, you’ll help balance operational demands, efficiency and passenger experience.
Working closely with departments across the airport, you’ll spot potential staffing challenges before they become problems, challenge forecasts and help find practical solutions when plans need to change. You’ll also turn data from different sources into clear reports and insights, helping managers understand performance and make informed decisions.
It’s a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are quite the same. You’ll have the opportunity to question how we work, identify smarter ways to use our resources and drive improvements that make a real difference to our teams and passengers.

What We Are Looking For
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, produce accurate reports and turn insights into practical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to build relationships and work collaboratively with managers and departments across the airport.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when managing staffing records, forecasts and performance reporting.
- A flexible, proactive approach, with the ability to respond to short-notice changes, identify potential challenges and adapt plans accordingly.
- A strong customer focus and a genuine desire to help deliver an excellent passenger experience.
- Previous experience in scheduling, resource planning or tactical/business planning, with an understanding of how to match staffing levels to operational demand is desirable.
