Key Responsibilities
• Operate press machinery and assist with the machining and production of bespoke joinery products.
• Ensure products are manufactured accurately and efficiently, maintaining consistently high standards of workmanship.
• Follow established manufacturing processes, working practices, and instructions.
• Work independently when required and take direction from the Shopfloor Supervisor, Manufacturing Manager, or senior joiners.
• Operate machinery only where appropriately trained and deemed competent.
• Follow all relevant health and safety procedures and maintain safe working practices at all times.
• Keep the work area clean, tidy, and organised.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to support production targets and meet deadlines.
• Take pride in the quality of your work and pay close attention to detail.

• The ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to work in a practical, hands-on manufacturing environment.
• A willingness to learn, develop, and take on new challenges.
Above all, our client is looking for someone who is dependable, takes their responsibilities seriously, and wants to contribute to a successful manufacturing team.
